The Hilton Dresden is an established city hotel in the heart of the historic old town, just a few steps away from the Frauenkirche, the Semper Opera House and the banks of the Elbe. In our experience review, we share our impressions of our stay in a King Junior Suite Duplex, the breakfast offer, the Executive Lounge and the spa and fitness area. Whether city travellers, business travellers or Hilton Honors members - the hotel has a lot to offer, but also has some small weaknesses.

Für unseren ersten Urlaub seit Beginn der Pandemie beschlossen wir, mit dem Auto zu reisen. Wir waren der Meinung, dass die Situation für Flugreisen einfach zu unsicher war. Die Entscheidung fiel sehr schnell, unter anderem aufgrund der niedrigen Inzidenzwerte, auf das südliche Polen. Als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Trips wählten wir das DoubleTree by Hilton Krakau und waren gespannt, was das vier Sterne Hotel in dieser Situation anbot.

We chose the northern Italian city of Turin as the destination for a weekend together. With the DoubleTree by Hilton Turin Lingotto we decided on a hotel quite quickly. This is only a 10 minute drive from the city center and was therefore perfect for our city trip. We were also interested in the hotel because it was designed by the famous architect Renzo Piano in the former Fiat factory.

Nach einem anstrengenden Sommer auf der Arbeit wollten wir im September unbedingt noch einmal die Seele baumeln lassen und in die Sonne fliegen. Diesmal aber nicht so weit. Daher entschieden wir uns für Griechenland, genauer gesagt für Thessaloniki. Wir wählten das 5-Sterne All Inclusive TUI BLUE Lagoon Princess.
