In October 2023, we had the opportunity to experience SWISS Premium Economy on a long-haul flight from Bangkok to Zurich in a Boeing 777-300ER. Premium Economy promises more comfort and service than regular Economy Class and is aimed at travellers who value a more pleasant travel experience on long-haul flights. The plan was for us to land in Zurich at 4.30 pm, coming from Berlin. Due to the strong hurricane Niklas, we arrived three hours later. From Gate A81 we walked to the SWISS Senator Lounge before boarding the SWISS Economy Class Airbus A340-300 to Singapore.
