For our first vacation since the pandemic began, we decided to travel by car. We felt that the situation was just too unsafe for air travel. Our second hotel on the island of Langkawi was the Berjaya Langkawi Resort. When we arrived at 2 p.m., our room or the Rainforest Chalet we had booked was not yet ready. The process at reception was very unprofessional for a 4-star hotel and took forever. Maybe we were just unlucky with the staff.
