Where is the SWISS Lounge Chicago located?
The entrance to the SWISS Lounge at Chicago Airport is located directly after security and the duty-free area.

What are the amenities of the SWISS Lounge in Chicago?
Just past the reception desk, there's a small, separate room on the right and a corridor with the buffet on the left. There's also a seating area at the back of the lounge. The last renovation was in 2011, and the lounge now reflects SWISS's global design concept. I find the white sandstone and brown leather armchairs both very fitting and elegant.

The seating area at the back of the lounge consists of several brown leather armchairs. Each armchair is separated by a small side table with power outlets and a lamp. There's also a long table with bar stools by the window, offering a view of the apron and the gate. Overall, it can get a bit crowded when the lounge isn't very large. Furthermore, the free Wi-Fi was unfortunately rather slow, and we frequently experienced connection drops.

What food and drinks are available in the SWISS Lounge Chicago?
The buffet was sparsely stocked. A hot main course of chicken teriyaki and fried rice was offered. This was accompanied by a mixed salad with mozzarella balls and small brownie bites. The selection of food definitely needs improvement.

In contrast, the drinks menu included various spirits, wine, and soft drinks, as well as a local wheat ale from the Goose Island Brewery. However, it turned out that this wasn't to my taste at all.
