We've been to Usedom many times and to Swinoujscie several times, but we'd never tried the Hilton Swinoujscie Resort & Spa before. We wanted to change that this autumn. Even at first glance, it was clear that a lot had changed around the promenade. In this review, I'll share our experiences: from booking and upgrading to a suite to breakfast and the water park. DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow

For our first vacation since the beginning of the pandemic, we decided to travel by car. We felt the situation was simply too uncertain for air travel. The decision quickly fell on southern Poland, partly due to the low incidence rates. We chose the DoubleTree by Hilton Krakow as our base for our trip and were curious to see what the four-star hotel offered in this situation.

Katowice Airport is Poland's third-largest airport in terms of passengers. Lufthansa currently offers a total of 21 flights per week. This means the number of passengers is too small for a dedicated airport lounge, so passengers use the contract lounge in Terminal B. Family holiday on the sunny island of Usedom – experiences and tips for your Baltic Sea holiday with children

Even on the way to the Baltic Sea, we realized that Usedom truly deserves its nickname, "Sunshine Island." While we were still driving through heavy rain, the clouds parted the moment we reached the island. The sky turned a brilliant blue, the sun shone warmly – it almost felt as if Usedom itself were welcoming us. This was exactly how we had envisioned the start of our first family vacation with our baby.
