I have visited the California metropolis of San Francisco several times, but the city is still worth a visit. Before my departure, I had something to think about due to the strong air pollution caused by the forest fires in the immediate vicinity (November 2018). You can find out whether my worries were justified and which sights in San Francisco I saw on the short trip in the following travel report.
The day before, the CityPASS was definitely worth it and we had a lot of fun. On our second day in Chicago, we visited the natural history museum "The Field Museum", the Adler Planetarium, went to the top of Chicago's tallest building and ended the day in Millennium Park.
In May, the three of us travelled to the USA, the first time for our son. We started our little round trip in Chicago. We had planned two days for it and with the Chicago CityPASS we had enough attractions to visit. You can find out what you can experience and what we can recommend in this article.
What can you see in Seattle? Thanks to the Seattle CityPASS, you can visit five of Seattle's most beautiful attractions and also save on admission. This saves you long waiting times when buying tickets. Here we show you which five attractions are included in the Seattle CityPASS.

Before heading back home on Sunday afternoon, I really wanted to take the opportunity to see the sights of Washington D.C. and the National Air and Space Museum at the Steven F. Udvar-Hazy Centre. Unfortunately, the weather didn't play ball and it rained all day.
At the start of our autumn road trip through southern Germany, we visited the Bavarian capital of Munich. As Christian is often in the city on business, he already knew some of the beautiful spots and finally wanted to show them to me. Until now, I had only ever driven past or through Munich on my way to a skiing holiday. So it was high time!
Founded in 1167 by Archbishop Absalon, Copenhagen, with "only" about 580,000 inhabitants, is actually a relatively small capital compared to other European cities. But that's precisely what makes it so charming! It gives you a very homey feeling, even if it's your first time there. Located directly on the Øresund Strait and the bridge of the same name, it's a true gem among Scandinavian capitals. During a long weekend, we visited the following sights in Copenhagen.
Our night ended early; jet lag had caught up with us a bit. The first thing we did was turn on the TV and check what the weather in Vancouver would bring... hmm... rain. Oh, it won't be that bad. We quickly ate a bite to eat and then went to the lobby to rent bikes and explore Vancouver's sights in the rain.
