Germany in November: rain, fog and low temperatures. To escape these weather conditions, we started looking for a sunny destination quite early in February. The decision was quickly made in favour of the United Arab Emirates. On 3 November 2017, we flew to Dubai on a Boeing 747-400 in Lufthansa Economy Class.
Frankfurt Airport is the largest airport in Germany in terms of annual passenger numbers. Frankfurt currently has four runways. From the spotter's point of view, planespotting Frankfurt is particularly interesting due to the extensive cargo traffic and the many international passenger airlines and the two parallel runways (07L/25R and 07R/25L).
As a summary of my first First Class flight with Emirates from Bangkok to Hong Kong, I wrote that I really wanted to try out the First Class experience on a longer route.
