Thanks to a lucky error fare, we flew Air Canada Business Class on a Boeing 777-300ER from Toronto to London Heathrow in January 2017. After our last flight in the older Air Canada A330 Business Class, I was particularly curious to see how the newer cabin compared. Even during boarding, I noticed that everything seemed more modern, tidy, and of higher quality. Whether the new Executive Pod seats were truly as comfortable as Air Canada promised would be revealed that night.
During our online check-in for our return flight with British Airways to Oslo, I was briefly confused by the seating arrangement. Two seats, a single seat, and then two seats again. That looks like business class à la Swiss, doesn't it?! A "real" business class on a European flight? I guess I'm lucky enough to be flying British Airways long-haul business class on the Airbus A321.
It's back to Oslo again! In American Airlines Business Class in the Boeing 777-300ER, we first fly to London Heathrow. From Jamaica Station, the JFK Airport Train takes us to Terminal 8, where American Airlines, Air Berlin and LATAM also depart.
