Welcome to the jungle of Mulu!

Mit MASWings Flug MH 3255, einer ATR 72-500 (Kennung: 9M-MWA, Taufname: Kuching) sind wir von Kota Kinabalu über Miri nach Mulu geflogen. Aus dem Flugzeug konnten wir die unendlichen Weiten des Dschungels betrachten. Vereinzelt gibt es dort kleinere Siedlungen oder geschwungene Flussverläufe. Der Flughafen von Mulu besteht aus einem kleinen Terminalgebäude und einer kurzen Landebahn. Die 1,5 Kilometer zum Haupteingang des Gunung Mulu Nationalpark legten wir zu Fuß zurück. Es ist auch möglich einen Minibus zu nehmen, dieser kostet aber 5 MYR pro Person.

AirAsia Economy Class Airbus A320-200 to Kuala Lumpur

We flew from Hanoi to Kuala Lumpur. We chose an AirAsia Economy Class Airbus A320. We took a taxi from the smog of Hanoi to Noi Bai International Airport at 6:30 a.m. After about a 40-minute drive, we arrived in the departure hall of Terminal 1. Noi Bai International Airport is a bit dated and looks like it did during the GDR era.
