Who has access to the Lufthansa Senator Lounge Nuremberg?

Lufthansa and Star Alliance First Class passengers have access to the Lufthansa Senator Lounge Nuremberg. Frequent flyers of the Miles and More program with Senator and HON Circle status as well as passengers with Star Alliance Gold status also have access and can invite an additional guest. In all cases, you must have a valid boarding pass for a Lufthansa or Star Alliance flight departing Nuremberg on the same day.

How is the Lufthansa Senator Lounge Nuremberg equipped?

The seating area is located in the back of the Lufthansa Senator Lounge at Nuremberg Airport. There are two sofas and several seating areas with up to four comfortable leather armchairs and some with a small table. In terms of color, Lufthansa remains true to its concept and only uses the familiar brown tones. In a corner of the seating area we were able to watch the swearing in of the new President of the USA on three televisions. Since the lounge is located opposite the gates, a view of the apron is unfortunately not possible.

There were also two desks towards the restaurant area. The work areas were separated from each other by a privacy screen. The Wi-Fi, which is provided free of charge, is okay in terms of speed.

What is there to eat and drink in the Lufthansa Senator Lounge Nuremberg?

The range of food and drinks was clear and comparable Lounge in Leipzig. For food there was sauerkraut, Nuremberg bratwurst and vegetarian chili. A salad bar and a small dessert buffet with cakes and puddings were also offered. The selection of drinks also contained no unusual surprises: wine, sparkling wine, spirits, soft drinks and a fully automatic coffee machine. The only thing worth mentioning is the Löwenbräu tap system.
