Für unseren Aufenthalt in Singapur hatten wir für drei Nächte ein Zimmer im Hotel Grand Mercure Singapore Roxy reserviert. Nach unserer Ankunft am Flughafen suchten wir den Ground Transportation-Schalter in der Ankunftsebene auf. Hier bekamen wir die Information, wann und wo der kostenlose Hotel Shuttle abfährt. Leider hatten wir den Bus um 10 Minuten verpasst und mussten somit weitere 50 Minuten warten.
