Since September 2021, Aegean Airlines has been investing heavily in its airport lounges, equipping them with the new corporate design "AEGEAN's neo era." The airport lounges in Athens and Thessaloniki have now reopened with the new look and increased capacity. The Aegean Business Lounge in Larnaca has not yet been renovated, and we made a quick stop there before our flight to Athens.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Where is the Aegean Business Lounge Larnaca located?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The entrance to the lounge at Larnaca Airport is easy to find. Immediately after security and before entering the duty-free area, there is a clearly marked passageway on the left. An elevator or stairs then lead up one level to the third floor. Here you will find both the Aspire contract lounge and the Aegean Business Lounge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Who has access to the Aegean Business Lounge Larnaca?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Access to the Aegean Business Lounge in Larnaca is granted to passengers flying Business Class or holding Miles+Bonus Gold status, as well as Star Alliance Gold members. The latter are also permitted to bring one guest into the lounge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What are the amenities of the Aegean Business Lounge in Larnaca?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The Aegean Business Lounge in Larnaca is actually quite small. During our visit, the lounge was very crowded, so we just barely managed to get a seat. Beyond the reception desk, there's essentially just one large seating area with light leather armchairs and two smaller seating areas with lounge chairs. Power outlets and small shelves are located between the seating groups. There's also a small dining area with tables and somewhat uncomfortable-looking chairs. For working, there's a long table and next to it a shelf with various magazines. The lounge offers free Wi-Fi, which was sufficiently fast.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What food and drinks are available in the Aegean Business Lounge Larnaca?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Due to the limited space, I would describe the buffet as "nothing to write home about." Breakfast was still offered during our stay, and the selection was quite decent. There were various cakes, croissants, a cheese selection, and pre-packaged salads and fruit salads in the refrigerator. However, there were no hot dishes. Aegean does offer a fairly good selection of spirits and other beverages in the Business Lounge. Additionally, there are three coffee machines available, including a Nespresso and a WMF fully automatic coffee machine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
