Boarding was carried out today at gate A02 from 12:20 and we then took the bus to the parking position where the A319-100 (D-AIBD) with the christened name \"Pirmasens\" was already waiting for us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The aircraft was very well booked. At check-in we couldn't change our seats for a reason I don't yet know. So we were automatically assigned seats 5B and 6B. A seat in the centre! I was lucky though, because after boarding was completed, seat 6A remained free and so I still had a seat by the window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<p class=\"responsive-video-wrap clr\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Lufthansa Airbus A319-100 take off from Frankfurt (FRA)\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/g1bEfMLvo8I?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Fifteen minutes after the start on the west runway, a small snack consisting of a pasta salad with mini poultry rissoles and grissini was served. This was accompanied by a coffee and still water. After a short taxi we arrived at the gate.
