I have often used the Lufthansa Senator Lounge Munich Gate G24 when changing trains. However, there were always too many passengers on site for photos. Fortunately I was able to take the chance on our way back from Italy on Sunday evening and now made up for this long overdue review.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Where is the Lufthansa Senator Lounge Munich G24 located?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The Lufthansa Senator Lounge is located directly after the central security control on the left side of the terminal. If you are changing planes in Munich and have a connecting flight within Germany or the Schengen area, you will find the entrance to the lounge when you go to Gate G24 or the central area of Terminal 2. The Lufthansa Senator Lounge Munich G24 is open daily from 05 to 22 o'clock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Who has access to the Lufthansa Senator Lounge Munich G24?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    As with all Lufthansa Senator Lounges, Lufthansa and Star Alliance First Class passengers, as well as Star Alliance Gold Status holders, will be granted access to the lounge. You should also be in possession of a boarding pass for a departing Lufthansa or Star Alliance flight on the same day. You may also invite another guest to the lounge. You can find more information at https:\/\/www.lufthansa.com\/de\/de\/lounges<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What are the amenities of the Lufthansa Senator Lounge Munich G24?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Compared with the Lufthansa Senator Lounge at the A-gates of Frankfurt Airport (here you will find our review<\/a>) the lounge in Munich is rather small and does not offer so much space. But in the newly built satellite terminal there is also a Lufthansa Senator Lounge (our review<\/a>), which is much larger.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Immediately after the entrance control you will find a Lufthansa service desk on the right-hand side. On the opposite side are large lockers (large enough to store a trolley), two telephone booths and a small Lufthansa Worldshop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The main area of the lounge consists of several seating areas. On the one hand there are two counters with bar stools, several tables with chairs and an area with leather armchairs. The latter were partly already very worn out.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    In the rear part of the lounge there is also a bar, additional tables and some workstations with printers. At the workstations there were also enough power sockets. As the lounge is located inside the airport, unfortunately no natural light falls in. The low ceilings make the lounge look a bit more cramped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Another highlight are the clean and well-equipped shower rooms. Each unit has a shower, a sink, a toilet and plenty of space for changing or storing bags.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What food and drinks are available in the Lufthansa Senator Lounge Munich G24?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    The best thing about the Lufthansa Senator Lounge Munich opposite Gate G24 is certainly the Barista Bar. Here, not only fresh coffee specialities from a sieve carrier machine are offered, but also a wide selection of cocktails, long drinks and other alcoholic beverages (wine, sparkling wine and spirits). Of course, the buffet area also offers non-alcoholic drinks and two kinds of draught beer for self-service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    At the buffet on Sunday evening there was a selection of vegetables, spreads, salads and various hot dishes. The hot dishes included noodles with tomato sauce, two different soups and the typical Bavarian Leberk\u00e4se. Somewhat hidden in the back left part of the lounge were different glasses with sweets, gummi bears, different nuts and chips.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
