Lufthansa Business Class on the Airbus A319 can't really be described as luxury. In most cases, Lufthansa Business Class on short-haul flights within Europe isn't worth it due to the price-performance ratio. As a connecting flight for our Miles & More award ticket from Dubai, we flew the short-haul flight from Frankfurt to Leipzig.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Boarding LH 158 to Leipzig<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    Since we were delayed arriving from Zurich, we had to make quite a sprint from the arrival bus stop (ASW) to Gate B10 with our stroller, car seat, and three-year-old son. Anyone familiar with Frankfurt Airport knows that this is quite a long walk. Thanks to the delay of the arriving Airbus A319, we finally made it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Boarding at Gate B10 finally began with a delay of over an hour. This was due to the delayed arrival of the A319 from D\u00fcsseldorf. We were the first guests to board, allowing us to install the child seat in peace. As with almost every flight, we were asked whether the child seat was approved for the aircraft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What is the cabin and seat like in the Lufthansa Business Class Airbus A319?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    As already mentioned in the introduction, Lufthansa Business Class on the Airbus A319 is not luxury. It features the same seats and a 3+3 layout as Economy Class. The only difference is that the middle seat always remains empty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    On the way to Leipzig today, there were five rows of seats in Lufthansa Business Class. Economy Class began in the sixth row, separated by a curtain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    What is available to eat and drink in Lufthansa Business Class Airbus A319?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    On the short flight to Leipzig, Lufthansa Business Class on an Airbus A319 served only a small snack. It was a cold platter with a shrimp and a roast beef roll. This was accompanied by an antipasti skewer with pesto. Dessert was vanilla cream with rhubarb compote.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
