I've read a lot of good things about the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge Frankfurt on various blogs. Some frequent flyers even believe that it is one of the best Star Alliance Gold Lounges at Frankfurt Airport. Before our flight to Dubai we had time to visit the lounge.

Before flying to Dubai we visited the Lufthansa Senator Lounge B gates at Frankfurt Airport. This is in addition to the Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounge is the only Star Alliance Gold Lounge in non-Schengen area of Terminal 1B. you learn more in the review.

Germany in November: rain, fog and low temperatures. To escape these weather conditions, we were quite early in February for a sun destination. The decision was made quickly to the United Arab Emirates. So we flew on 03 November 2017 with a Boeing 747-400 in the Lufthansa Economy Class to Dubai.

The 5-star hotel DoubleTree by Hilton Resort & Spa Marjan Iceland lies on a peninsula west of Ras Al Khaimah. Thanks Hilton Honors Gold status we were upgraded to the new Bay Club Villas. Whether the room upgrade was worth, learn it in our review.

For our trip to the United Arab Emirates, we looked for a 5-star hotel out on the Gulf of Oman. Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort, in the far north and a little remote but with lots of charm, we were hoping for an Arab dream. Here we spent almost a week, and let us go.
